Since 1991, Bradley-Morris, Inc. (BMI) has helped the Fortune 500 hire military-experienced talent and veterans. The national recruiting firm is seeking ambitious sales job seekers to join our Austin (TX), Kennesaw (GA) or Norfolk (VA) teams as Account Representatives (ARs).

The Account Representative position is responsible for establishing long-term client relationships and solving staffing challenges for our corporate clients. Being an AR is ideal for individuals who want to be “paid for performance” with uncapped earning potential. An AR will develop their own client base (initially through inside selling) and as an AR's client base grows, a higher degree of client interaction will occur via client visits and BMI ConferenceHire events in locations such as Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Norfolk, Orlando, Providence, San Diego and Seattle.

This is a full-time sales position that is base plus commission during the initial training period and then becomes 100% commission-based. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision and Rx plans as well as a 401K and life insurance. Last year, the average income for an AR that had been at BMI for a year or more was $130,000! This is not a place where “only a select few” make money.

While the income potential is phenomenal, another important aspect of our company is that BMI is "family-friendly”. We understand that significant events in our families' lives are not to be missed and a career here affords people the opportunity to live a balanced life.

BMI offers a long term, self-sustaining career for those ambitious individuals looking to be free of the ordinary "9-to-5" corporate structure and the limited salaries/raises that come with it. Very few places in corporate America combine the performance-oriented BMI culture with a casual, close-knit environment.

The company is seeking individuals that are Passionate about achieving their goals and have the work ethic of a Champion along with superior Communication skills. The candidates with this combination of drive and talent will thrive in our environment and will be highly-compensated for their results.
